Curdie (Kolsch style) – 5.2% ABV. Soft, medium bodied, and bready with apple notes. Pilsner malt that showcases the yeast strain.

Pilsner malt, tettnanger hops, and kolsch yeast

Lost Gravity (Blonde)  – 5.0% ABV. This small batch of blonde is spun with undertones of pear and banana produced from a fun fermentation.

Pilsner malt, hallertau mittelfruh, and tettnanger with a unique yeast

Witt’s Beer – 5.2% ABV. Half wheat/oats and half pilsner, this is a supremely easy-drinking beer and for the hefeweizen crowd. Some very mild whirlpool-hopping gives it a subtle orange background without the use of adjuncts like orange peels.

Pilsner, wheat, flaked oats, and Pacific Jade hops

Donal (Farmhouse) – 6.0% ABV. Non-hoppy lemon and pepper that blends into a mild Belgian-like spice.

Pilsner malt, tettnanger, hallertau mittelfruh, with a Lithuanian farmhouse yeast

Fireberry (Pale Ale) – 6.4% ABV. An easy drinking pale ale with waves of silky tropical hopiness. Shines from it’s hop forward profile.

Pearl, galaxy, cascade, citra, cluster hops, kveik yeast

Malcolm (Dunkel) – 5.4% ABV. For beer drinkers with great manes (and not so great manes) who like to live life on the darker side. Not quite a stout and too smooth to be a brown ale, this dark lager full of flavor. *OFTEN AVAILABLE ON NITRO*

Light and dark munich, roasted barley, and chocolate malt

TBG – 8.3% ABV. At Prem’s request, an imperial brown ale that looks like Prem. Starts with dark fruit, transitions to brown sugar and burnt caramel, then finishes with a nice lingering and pleasant bitterness.

8 different malts, magnum hops, irish ale yeast

Born Black (Stout) – 8.5% ABV. Best drank on Saturday mornings. Made from 8 malt varieties that remind you of coffee, chocolate, dried dark fruits, and caramel.

Gibbie’s Librarian (NEIPA) – 7.8% ABV. Sir Gibbie, but dry hopped with citra and mosaic. If you’re looking for a slightly sweeter Sir Gibbie with a more tropical finish, this is it. Compared to the prior batch, this has a cleaner bitterness at the end.

6 Different hops and kveik yeast

Sir Gibbie (NEIPA) – 7.5% ABV. A total of 7 different hops used in limited quantities to provide a smooth, soft, balanced new England / hazy IPA that still has some bitterness on the back-end. Grapefruit forward, refreshing, dank, and balanced.

7 different hops with kveik yeast

Mane Shaker (West Coast IPA) – 7.7% ABV. Made with Centennial, Simcoe, and Columbus hops – this is a west coast IPA with a strong citrus backbone but piney and earthy in the back half. It’s got some bitterness, but not too much.

Pearl malt, columbus, simcoe, centennial hops

Little Diamond (IPA) – 7.7% ABV. A west coast hop build with a new england yeast strain. All the smoothness of a new england IPA but with the hop bitterness and dankness of a west coast IPA.

Pearl malt, centennial, columbus, simcoe hops, kveik yeast

Sour Storm (Sour) – 4.6% ABV. This is a witbier base but with significant sour notes along with a slight citrus undertone from a small amount of hotside whirlpool hops  – only for those who really love sour.

Pilsner and wheat malt

Strawberry Seltzer (Seltzer) – 4.0% ABV. Goes down smoother than water with just the right amount of strawberry.
